aNota is provided by aNota S.r.l., with registered office at Via Marconi 45, 40122 Bologna, Italy. Here you can request deletion of your account and any associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Email us at info@getanota.com with the subject line "Account deletion". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
When you request deletion, we remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal data linked to your account
- Usage data and preferences associated with your account
Audio recordings are not retained: they are deleted automatically once transcription is complete.
What is kept
Clinical records created through aNota (vitals, notes, handovers, medication administration) belong to the healthcare facility as data controller. aNota cannot delete them on its own, so that request must go to the facility.
We also keep minimal technical data, for legal or security obligations, for up to 12 months.
